Michael Grande

Michael is the President & Chief Executive Officer of TBNG, Inc. d/b/a Vancord. Since joining the firm in 2009, Michael has played a central role in Vancord’s growth and strategic evolution, helping expand its managed services practice, relocate the company’s headquarters to Milford, and guide the launch and continued growth of its cybersecurity division. Under his leadership, Vancord has advanced its security-first managed services model.

Prior to joining Vancord, he served as Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for a Connecticut-based commercial bank, where he developed extensive knowledge of financial industry regulations, risk management, and security procedures. His background in finance and regulated industries continues to inform Vancord’s disciplined approach to client service, operational resilience, and cybersecurity risk management.

During Michael’s tenure, Vancord has received multiple industry recognitions, including regularly being named to CRN’s MSP 500 list in the Security 100 category, CRN’s Solution Provider 500 list, and the MSP 501 list of top global managed service providers in the US. These recognitions reflect Vancord’s continued growth, operational maturity, and commitment to delivering integrated IT and cybersecurity services to clients across regulated, education, public-sector, nonprofit, and commercial markets.

Michael also provides board leadership to several civic, educational and nonprofit organizations throughout Connecticut and is an active member of The Milford Bank Board of Corporators. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Providence College.
