Daniel Kaupp is Vice President of Professional Services at Vancord, where he leads service delivery, project execution, and technical teams supporting managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives. He is focused on building efficient, high-performing service operations that help organizations implement technology with confidence and long-term success. Dan began his IT career while serving on Active Duty in the U.S. Navy, where he managed a network aboard a nuclear submarine. After his military service, he advanced through technical engineering and leadership roles with Connecticut-based technology firms before moving into management of managed services and project engineering teams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University and an MBA in Business Management from Western New England University. Dan also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2011 and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential in 2022, along with multiple technical certifications. He continues to apply his technical depth and project management expertise to strengthen Vancord’s client experience and service excellence.
