Michael Grande

Michael Grande is President & CEO of Vancord and Chair of the Board of Directors, leading the company’s continued growth across cybersecurity, managed IT services, compliance, and business technology strategy. Since joining the organization in 2009, he has played a key role in expanding core service offerings, strengthening operations, and guiding major milestones, including the relocation of Vancord’s headquarters to Milford, Connecticut, and the launch of the company’s Cybersecurity division in 2019. He is known for a leadership style built on collaboration, communication, and practical problem-solving.

Before joining Vancord, Michael served as Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for a Connecticut-based commercial bank, where he developed deep experience in financial regulations, security procedures, and operational oversight. His background spans operations management, information security, financial reporting systems, and strategic business administration. In addition to leading Vancord, Michael provides board leadership to several educational and nonprofit organizations throughout Connecticut and is an active member of The Milford Bank Board of Corporators.
