With a client-first approach, Michael focuses on building trusted partnerships and delivering practical strategies for managed IT services, network security, and business technology planning.
With more than 25 years of experience in technology products and services, Michael brings a rare combination of engineering expertise and business leadership. Before co-founding Vancord in 2005, he served as a Senior Engineer for Telos Pharmaceuticals, a Civilian Engineer supporting the United States Navy and Marine Corps in San Diego, and a Remote Network Engineer for Greenfield Online in Connecticut and California. He attended Southern Connecticut State University, where he founded the first computer lab for on-campus residents. Michael also holds multiple industry certifications across Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Ruckus, and Barracuda technologies. Known for dependable service and strategic guidance, he has helped build Vancord into a trusted technology and cybersecurity partner for organizations across the Northeast and beyond.
