Michael Grande

Michael is the President & Chief Executive Officer of TBNG, Inc. (Vancord). Michael has played a key role in the company’s growth and expansion since joining the firm in 2009. Initially overseeing financial operations and inside sales, he has worked closely with the management team to expand the managed services practice, relocate the company’s headquarters to its current location in Milford, CT in 2015, and guide the launch of the Cybersecurity division in 2019. Prior to his time at Vancord, Michael served as Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for a CT-based commercial bank where he developed an extensive understanding and mastery of financial industry regulations and security procedures. He brings considerable expertise in operations management, information security, financial reporting systems, and business administration & strategy. Michael provides Board leadership to several educational and non-profit organizations throughout CT. In 2022, he became a member of The Milford Bank Board of Corporators. Michael earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance & Management from Providence College.
