Lou Ardolino is Vice President of Client Success at Vancord, where he helps organizations get lasting value from their cybersecurity, managed IT services, infrastructure, and support programs. He focuses on building strong client relationships, improving service experiences, and helping teams solve technology challenges with practical, scalable solutions. His leadership is rooted in hands-on IT knowledge, clear communication, and a deep understanding of end-user support.
Lou’s IT career began in the music industry as Director of Technology and Web for the public relations firm Nasty Little Man, supporting technology needs for organizations connected to artists such as Beastie Boys, Radiohead, and Foo Fighters. From the late 1990s through 2005, he helped create IT frameworks for small and mid-sized music industry companies. He later co-founded Forrex Solutions, a metro New York IT consulting firm, where he became Vice President of Managed Services. Lou brings strong experience in client services, virtualization, servers, Windows Server, data center environments, and management. At Vancord, he applies that background to help clients manage, defend, and respond to their evolving IT and cybersecurity needs.
